Task
Develop a new logo and brand identity for the Business Club of Realtors. Creating a system of visual identification, which will combine the various club courses, including the main thing — the annual Forum — an event that in the long term is after the central one in the country.
BCR is an open professional community of realtors and real estate market professionals.
People with common ideas and spirit for results. BCR Forum is an event that takes place in Moscow. The Forum will feature the best speakers-practitioners, lecturers from related fields of business.
The target audience — realtors, real estate market specialists, businessmen with higher education.
Agents with at least 6 months experience, directors of firms. These are not only residents of the capital, the Forum and the Club are also designed for the presence of regional representatives.
They are engaged in the establishment of professional communication among industry experts. Make a productive, positive, and open dialogue. Through the dialogue, BCR provides new knowledge, the opportunity to establish contacts, communicate with the best representatives of the industry and teaches to use the information received in everyday work.

The image of the comic bubble — into which essential phrases and concepts are introduced, emphasizes the orientation towards communication among members of the professional community. A "talking" brand identity reveals the key concepts of the Forum.
