Task
Rebranding of Sadovye kvartaly residential community
However, at the start of sales, it became obvious that it does not correspond to the status and positioning of the new project. It was important to make the logo and corporate identity more relevant, consistent with the architecture and ambitions of Sadovye Kvartaly.
An elite residential community in one of the central regions of Moscow already had its own identity.
Context
The power of a new residential community is not only its location but also its architecture. The leading bureaus of Moscow and Barcelona participated in its development. The author’s project needed the same powerful logo.
It is presented in the updated logo, but the form is refined more precisely, making it more strict and verified. A deep golden hue was also added to emphasize the respectability of the project.
The quatrefoil in the mark was in the previous identity version and was a symbol of the ecological compatibility of the region.
Mark
Especially for the Sadovye Kvartaly, unique writing was developed. Created from scratch, it reflects the architectural character of the project. Typography is built on strict geometry based on a circle and a rectangle. However, some letters, such as B and S, have a more vivid individuality; and some, such as D, L, and T refer more likely to the classical tradition.
The second identity constant was using the color blocking.

Dividing into 3 or 4 color blocks, as well as adding the brand pattern to them, make the style varied and convenient to work with. By creating various combinations, you can generate more strict or more natural design options for brand identity media.
As part of the brand identity, we created its pattern for the residential community, built on scaling the elements of the quatrefoil.
